Refund Policy
Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final once work has begun. Personalized printed storybooks and digital story PDFs are non-refundable once creation has started or the digital file has been delivered.
Once your custom story has been created or sent to production, we are unable to issue refunds.
Exceptions
In rare cases where there is a printing, production, or file-related issue that affects the quality of your order, we will work with you to resolve the issue or provide a replacement where appropriate. Please contact us promptly if this occurs.
