Processing Time

Each personalized pet story is custom-written and illustrated with care.

Digital Story (PDF):

Once your personalized pet story has been written and designed, your digital PDF is typically completed and delivered by email within 7-10 business days.

Printed Storybooks:

Printed books require additional production time. Processing includes:

-Writing and personalization

-Illustration and layout

-Print preparation and production

​

Most printed orders are completed and shipped within 3-4 weeks.

Once printing is complete, your book is carefully packaged and shipped. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email when your order is on its way.
